Volleyball: F 3:30-5:30pm at Fort Langley Community Church (8870 Glover Rd, Fort Langley, BC). Everyone is welcome from beginners to advanced.
Christ-Centered Stretch and Strength: Monday and Thursday 4:30-5:30 Join us as we strengthen our core and stretch out sore muscles while focusing on scripture. We will meet in Room 209. Wear comfortable clothing, yoga mats are provided but you are also welcome to bring your own.

These are usually scheduled as follows:
Summer semester: some Thursdays, 2:40-4:00 pm
Fall semester: some Wednesdays, 3:00-4:15 pm
Spring semester: some Thursdays, 1:30-2:45 pm
Presentations are typically about 45 minutes, with 15 minutes for Q&A, and then time for informal visiting after. There are cookies!

Christmas is almost here and the semester is nearly over — let’s celebrate with some festive fun! We’ll have a White Elephant gift exchange (maximum $5 — feel free to re-gift or grab something fun from the free table!😃) a hot chocolate bar, and a chance to get creative by designing a gingerbread house!
