Emergency info
This is the premier BT conference, happening every two years, where all the Bible translation organizations gather to share ideas. The conference website is at this link. It is taking place in Thailand, but can be attended online. It's a very valuable event for advancing your thinking about various Bible translation topics, and finding out what's going on in the BT world.
This is not a CanIL-hosted event, but six of our faculty will be attending in person (Danny, Randy, Joost, Jeremy L, Larry, Sara), and one remotely (Ryan). Joost and Ryan will be presenting papers. We plan to invite a number of presenters from the conference to also present their papers at CanIL after the conference.
