Volleyball: F 3:30-5:30pm at Fort Langley Community Church (8870 Glover Rd, Fort Langley, BC). Everyone is welcome from beginners to advanced.
Christ-Centered Stretch and Strength: Monday and Thursday 4:30-5:30 Join us as we strengthen our core and stretch out sore muscles while focusing on scripture. We will meet in Room 209. Wear comfortable clothing, yoga mats are provided but you are also welcome to bring your own.

These are usually scheduled as follows:
Summer semester: some Thursdays, 2:40-4:00 pm
Fall semester: some Wednesdays, 3:00-4:15 pm
Spring semester: some Thursdays, 1:30-2:45 pm
Presentations are typically about 45 minutes, with 15 minutes for Q&A, and then time for informal visiting after. There are cookies!

Join us for a night of board games and a build-your-own hot dog bar! Hot dogs and buns will be provided—everyone is asked to sign up to bring one topping to share (there are some ideas on the form, but feel free to be creative!) Come hungry and enjoy a fun, low-key evening together.

Come join us for the first M-Files of the semester! Matthew Windsor works with the Kingfisher Lake First Nation in Northwestern Ontario and will be joining us to talk about his work there. Remember to bring your own lunch, but we will provide something to snack on while we listen :)
Meet at CanIL at 8:00 AM as we head out for a full day of snowshoeing. If you are interested, you must bring your own snowshoes. Do not worry, if you don’t have a pair, you can rent snowshoes for free from TWU here. You must submit the application 1-2 days before you plan to pick up the equipment so don't wait to submit the form!
Make sure to dress warmly and be prepared for a fun day exploring the winter outdoors!
